A BILL to amend and reenact section eleven, article three-a,
chapter twenty-two of the code of West Virginia, one thousand
nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuation
of
the
office of explosives and blasting.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section eleven, article three-a, chapter twenty-two of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 3A. OFFICE OF EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING.
§22-3A-11. Continuation of office.

The office of explosives and blasting shall continue to exist,
pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this
code, until the first day of July, two thousand four, unless sooner
terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions
of that article.
